Global Search 🔎
Global Search is the fastest way to move around TSync. Instead of clicking through menus to find a page, you press one shortcut, type a few letters, and you're there. If you remember only one thing from these guides, make it this one.
Open it from anywhere
Press Ctrl + K on any screen (on a Mac, press ⌘ + K instead). A search palette opens in the middle of the page, ready for you to type.
Type a word — in any language
Start typing and TSync instantly finds any page or feature by name. It understands Romanian, Russian and English words, and it ignores diacritics and accents — so it works no matter which language your interface is set to.
A few examples of what you can type:

You don't have to spell anything perfectly — just type how you'd say it.
Move and choose with the keyboard
Everything works without touching the mouse:

Results are tidy and personal
The results are grouped by area — General, Finance & Treasury, Accounting, Warehouse, and more — so they're easy to scan. You only ever see the pages you're allowed to open, so the list stays clean and relevant to you.
Searching for your actual data
At the very bottom of the results there's a "Search records for …" row. Pick it to hand your text straight to the classic top-bar search — the one that finds your real records like customers, invoices and more.
Use Global Search to jump to pages, and the "Search records for …" row when you're looking for a specific customer or document.
